Theoretical and practical results: a complex algorithm for psychological support of patients with CRC at all stages of anticancer treatment has been developed, it includes: psychodiagnostics, to determine targets for psychological work with the patient, specific to the stages of specialized treatment; educational measures regarding stoma and techniques of correction of the emotional state, which differ depending on clinically expressed psychic disorders; assessment of the effectiveness of the work performed. Work with the patient at the stage of surgical intervention is aimed at regulating his emotional state, reducing anxiety-phobic symptoms and the intensity of negative bodily sensations, forming adaptive strategies for overcoming a stressful situation, and teaching life skills with stoma At the stage of radiation treatment, the psychologist's work includes correction of the patient's emotional state, support of motivation for treatment, monitoring of depressive symptoms and assessment of the risks of suicidal behavior, work with the patient's relatives. At the chemotherapy stage, attention is focused on relieving internal tension and fixing the patient on bodily sensations, teaching side effects management and exercises aimed at reducing bodily discomfort, reducing situational anxiety reactions before the first procedure. The high efficiency of the proposed measures has been proven. Novelty: for the first time, a complex algorithm for psychological support of patients with CRC at all stages of anticancer treatment has been proposed.
