The subject of the research work is the process of managing the efficiency of the use of resources of the "Bosch Auto Service Formula" PE. Work methods. The following methods were used in the work: system analysis - for detailing and dismemberment of the research object into separate important constituent elements; analogy - to study the correspondence between domestic efficiency management and foreign practice; information modeling - to provide research with normative and reference materials; abstraction - for formulating generalized conclusions based on systematic analysis and synthesis of theory and practice; specification - to substantiate the content of efficiency management; study of documents and accounting registers in terms of form and content - to identify their compliance with modern requirements; average and relative values - to study the level of information use in management activities; monographic - for the study of theoretical developments of domestic and foreign scientists; calculation-constructive - for substantiating proposals for improving the efficiency of management of operational activities. The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of promising directions for managing the efficiency of the company's operational activities. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is manifested in the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of management of operational activities.
