In its research, the project is based on previous world-leading scientific developments in this field and in the process of implementation actively uses the European integration and globalization aspects of the construction of the systems of law enforcement agencies of the leading countries of the world as an example for the effective functioning of such agencies in Ukraine. The obtained results of the study will make it possible to discover and form new legal patterns of interaction between relevant state bodies, sustainable economic development of Ukraine and an effective and efficient mechanism for ensuring national security as a part of world security, globalization and European integration. During the implementation of the project, attention will be focused on the main features of the functioning of law enforcement bodies, their administrative and legal status, and the economic effect for the country of the activities of each such body will be determined, the key components of the state mechanism for ensuring economic and national security in Ukraine through the work of these bodies will be outlined, and a scientific vision of the further reform of the system of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine will also be proposed. The reasons for the ineffective and ineffective provision of national and economic security in Ukraine will be established by studying the shortcomings of the functioning of law enforcement agencies since 1991, and special attention will be paid to the beginning of the transformation processes established in 2014.
