The purpose (objective) of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the essence of economic legal relations in Ukraine at the current stage of their functioning within the scope of the science of economic law, determining directions for improving the legislation to improve the market (competitive) environment with the help of legal means, taking into account the foreign experience of the functioning of economic legal relations. During its execution: 1. The content, signs and types of economic and legal relations in modern conditions of state formation are determined. 2. The characteristics of the regulatory and legal regulation of economic relations at the present time are given, its shortcomings are identified, and the prospects for development are outlined. 3. Theoretical and legal positions regarding the place and role of economic and legal relations in the legal system are analyzed. 4. Approaches to the implementation of foreign experience in supporting economic activity are proposed. 5. The peculiarities of the legal management of economic and legal relations in various spheres of social production under modern conditions of state formation are determined, in particular: in the aviation industry; in the space industry; in the transport industry. 6. Separate aspects of procedural support of economic and legal relations were analyzed and directions for improvement of economic and procedural legislation were determined. Research methods. Philosophical, general scientific, specifically scientific and special legal methods are used in the research process.
