The purpose of the work is to establish the peculiarities of the structural reorganization of the skin of the organs of the nervous, digestive, endocrine, and immune systems in the event of thermal injury and under the conditions of correction. Research methods: histological and electron microscopic - to establish qualitative changes in the skin, cerebellum, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen at different levels of their structural organization; biochemical - to determine the erythrocyte index of intoxication and the concentration of molecules of average mass in blood plasma, morphometric - to obtain quantitative data, statistical - to ensure the analysis of the reliability of the research results.
