Using X-ray phase analysis and infrared spectroscopy, the fact of the formation of intercalation compounds was established, a decrease in the curing time and the amount of desiccant up to 30% was established by changing the relative hardness of the coatings. To develop the compositions of matt glass-ceramic coatings on metal alloys, the processes of their structure and phase formation were studied. The production of materials is based on the phenomenon of segregation followed by crystallization, due to the incompatibility of frits, which differ significantly in composition. The issues of protecting problematic areas of oil well casing strings by using modified cement compositions are considered. The dynamics of the development of corrosion of steel 45 under the cement layer is analyzed. The results of studying the features of the formation of thin interference-colored oxide films on the Ti6Al4V alloy in aqueous solutions of succinic acid are presented. Based on the results of the studies, kinetic dependences were obtained, which make it possible to trace the dynamics of the formation of an oxide layer on the alloy.
