Among them, 171 are male and 61 are female; clean-up workers of the Chornobyl accident - 172 people, evacuated from the 30-km zone - 60 people. The study aims to conduct a selection and comprehensive clinical diagnostic and laboratory examination of individuals who suffered as a result of the accident at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant and have been sick with COVID-19 to determine the main functional and structural changes of critical body systems in the post-infectious period. Research methods – clinical examination and staging by the recommendations of the COVNET group (2020), clinical diagnostic, laboratory, immunological and statistical methods. The results. Based on the research data, an analytical research group was formed. A significantly higher frequency of organic personality and behavior disorders, the severity of neurocognitive deficits according to the MoCA scale, and post-traumatic stress disorders according to the IES scale were found in the clean-up workers at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant who suffered from COVID-19. Eccentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle prevailed in all examined clean-up workers at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant. Dilatation of the right parts of the heart prevailed in clean-up workers at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, which suffered from COVID-19. In 38% of patients, the number of erythrocytes exceeded the normative indicators, and a decrease in the number of platelets was determined in 8.7% of the examined persons. Manifestations of imbalance of the adaptive and innate links of the immune system due to exhaustion and activation of certain subpopulations of leukocytes as a result of transferred COVID-19 were noted.
