Experimentally determined mechanical properties (nanohardness, Young's modulus) of these samples. The relationship between the mechanical properties of Ti-Zr-Ni system alloy coatings and their structure was investigated. It is shown that after heat treatment the TiZrNi coating can achieve a hardness of 24 GPa and the Young's modulus of 220 GPa, that is characteristic of diamond-like coatings. A study of the stability of the TiZrNi coatings under the conditions of radiation and thermal exposure of hydrogen plasma was carried out.
