The electrochemical characteristics of the created samples of planar electrodes modified with nanomaterials were studied at different concentrations of the crosslinking agent, enzyme ratio and immobilization time. The dependences of analytical signals on the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and glucose in solutions were obtained using basic electrodes and electrodes modified with nanomaterials. It is shown that the modification of planar electrodes with synthesized nanomaterials improves the sensitivity and specificity of analyte determination.
