Ovcharenko Institute of Biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2  During the fifth stage of the project fulfillment a simple and economical device based on an ESP8266 microcontroller and a TCS34725 sensor was designed as the basis of optical nanosensors for registration of the data from the sensitive elements being created. The used TCS34725 color sensor allows to measure the color temperature of objects in Kelvin. The IR filter allows to achieve a more accurate color rendering by blocking the infrared part of the spectrum. A miniature DC5V-DC5V uninterruptible power supply with a backup 18650 lithium battery with a capacity of 3000mA was used to power the microcontroller. Software has been developed for the designed optical nanosensor device. It allows to record the change in the color temperature of the sample in several ways, in particular, from an application on a smartphone. The developed optical nanosensors were tested when testing food samples and clinical isolates of pathogenic microorganisms isolated at the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the NAAS of Ukraine and the SI "The Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics, NAMS of Ukraine".
