The object of the study is the use of polychrome illumination of an object in an interference microscope in order to increase the efficiency of determining the morphological features of erythrocytes and develop recommendations for the practical use of the obtained images of erythrocytes for the diagnosis of blood pathology. The aim of the work is to analyze the possibility of creating an optical polychrome 3D microscope, which will allow to study the method of obtaining images of micro-objects using a polychrome illuminator, which will reduce the risks of diagnosing blood pathologies based on the use of three-dimensional images of blood erythrocytes. At the first stage of the work, an analysis of modern methods for constructing three-dimensional images of microobjects using microscopy was carried out, and the authors proposed an improved method of spectral analysis using coherent waves to determine the dynamics of light absorption by phase objects, in particular, erythrocytes. The analysis showed that these risks depend on the method for obtaining three-dimensional images of erythrocytes with sufficient quality, and on the methods of processing the obtained images and the method for assessing the accuracy of measuring geometric parameters. Taking this into account, the possibility of improving the method of spectral analysis for determining the morphological parameters of the structure of erythrocytes was considered, on the basis of which a new principle for constructing a holographic image of microobjects and an optical scheme of a polychrome microscope were proposed. Based on the proposed method, an experimental stand was created and the implementation of the spectral analysis method using a polychrome microscope was tested.
