The scientific and practical results of the research consist in the determination of the qualitative characteristics of the raw materials of man-made deposits and the assessment of possible directions for complexprocessing and resource utilization of off-balance coal beneficiation waste, it may be their coagulation at low temperatures and pressures without prior enrichment using low-ash waste from the chemical and pulp and paper industries as composite and various additives that allow intensifying the process of obtaining fuel, as well as without binders.The justification and technical parameters of the installation (on an industrial scale), which is necessary for the production of composite fuel from man-made raw materials, taking into account its properties, are determined. A technological classification of man-made raw materials (from which it is possible to manufacture composite fuel) has been developed, which provides an opportunity to systematize technical issues in the implementation of: preparation processes, physical-mechanical (chemical) influence on its condition, mixing, manufacturing, drying to obtain finished fuel. The basis of the technological classification was developed passports of quality and physical and mechanical properties of man-made raw materials. A project of technological regulations for the production of composite fuel from man-made waste has been developed.The selection of equipment necessary for the implementation of possible technological lines for the industrial production of composite fuel from man-made waste has been made.
