The purpose of the work is the development and optimization of an electronic measuring channel for the determination of arginine. Research methods - structural and algorithmic methods for improving measuring instruments, theoretical foundations of information-measuring equipment, computer and physical modeling. Based on the results of the analysis of the known principles of constructing conductometric biosensor systems and the experience of developing and operating previously developed differential biosensor analyzers, problems were identified that limit the accuracy and noise immunity of such equipment. Comprehensive studies of the frequency and concentration characteristics of practically used conductometric transducers have been carried out, the parameters of their complete equivalent circuit, the dimensions of their influence on the informative parameters of the sensors have been determined. The optimal ranges of operating frequencies and solution concentrations were determined, in which such an effect is minimal. Techniques have been developed for estimating the parameters of the Warburg impedance and determining the resistance to charge transfer to correct its effect. The structure and circuits of a biosensor analyzer with a bridge circuit with balancing on modulus and phase of the informative signal have been developed. Its prototypes and calibration tools were made. New methods have been developed for tuning the device to the quasi-equilibrium state of its bridge circuit, in which a deep suppression of the effect of changes in the background electrical conductivity of the buffer solution is achieved under condstion of significant difference in the conductometric transducers parameters. That ensures accurate measurement of the concentration of electrically conductive analytes, in particular, arginine. Product Description popup.authors Borschov Pavlo I Vasilenko Оlexander D.
