The purpose of the study is to study the fundamental principles of energy sector development based on the principles of sustainable and environmentally responsible growth. Research methods – economic-mathematical modeling was used to form a system of criteria and describe the prerequisites for transforming the unified energy system using alternative energy sources. As a result of the work, the description of the development of the energy sector of the national economy in the conditions of global and local security challenges in the consumption of natural gas, oil, and nuclear energy production was formalized and systematized by constructing a matrix of factors in the transition to a climate-neutral economy and catalyzing sustainable, innovative development. A database of ecosystem transformation of the energy sector was created, taking into account predictors of clean electricity production from renewable resources based on the principles of climate neutrality and inclusive balance by combining the tools of Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. A methodology for leveling stakeholder conflicts and security patterns in the format of an institutional partnership of stakeholders and a smart integration strategy between sectors has been developed.
