A series of 24 bowl-shaped derivatives of dicyclopenta[ghi,pqr]perylene (DCPP) were simulated. They were functionalized by various approaches, including the introduction of functional aza-, fluoro-, and imide groups, as well as the introduction of triethylsilylethynyl groups and increase the π-conjugated system by condensing the original perylene with benzene or naphthalene fragments. The most promising p-, n-, and ambipolar semiconductors among the investigated bowl-shaped DCPP derivatives have been established. In addition, the high linear and nonlinear optical activity of DCPP derivatives shows their potential for application in optoelectronics. It is shown that the studied oligomers based on tetraoxa[8]circulene with size of 2x2 and 3x3 are polyaromatic systems consisting of 108π (2x2) and 168π (3x3) electrons in the outer perimeter with a global diatropic current. The extended π-conjugated system of 2x2 and 3x3 TOC oligomers is responsible for the unique nature of photoinduced charge transfer nature and vibrational spectra. It was found that strong absorption at the 500 nm is characteristic of doubly degenerate states S3(4) (1Eu). A number of high-nitrogen compounds of the class of pentazoles, diazoaminoarenes, and aliphatic diazo compounds were screened. The characteristic features of the synthesis process of vanadium pentoxide nanofibers by the hydromechanical method were studied, experimental time dependences of the conductivity and hydrogen index of the suspension were obtained depending on the intensity of mixing, the composition and temperature of the suspension for the optimization of the process of controlled synthesis.
