The optimal complex of digital services, which collectively constitute the e-infrastructure of scientific information management, has been determined. The principles of joint use and filling of digital knowledge management services in accordance with the principles of Open Science are substantiated. Universal algorithms for creating a complex digital portfolio of a scientific institution (institutional identifiers and profiles) are proposed for implementation in domestic scientific and library activities. A number of leading links of research infrastructures of the EU (ERA, ESFRI, EOSC, ERIC, OpenAIRE, EaPConnect, GEANT, etc.) and Ukraine (URIS, URAN, OUCI, NRAT, UarNET, UNG, etc.) were analyzed, and the level of integration and interoperability of these resources was clarified. The development potential of the library segment of e-infrastructure to eliminate information gaps, systematize data, and build a comprehensive system of analytics and science management at the national level has been determined. The analytical report is intended for a wide range of library and information specialists, specialists in information and communication technologies and scientists who participate in the circulation of knowledge in digital scientific communications.
