The results of the research conducted during the second year of the project are reflected in this report. In particular, the transfer of the momentum of energetic ions to the plasma in tokamaks during spatial channeling (SC) was studied, which leads to non-uniform rotation of the plasma and can improve its characteristics by suppressing turbulence. This conclusion of the theory is consistent with the analysis of experimental data at the JET tokamak, which showed that the best parameters during the first deuterium-tritium (D-T) campaign were located in the discharge with the highest rotation speed. A method of reproducing the safety factor during sawtooth oscillations from observations of electron temperature changes, which is presented in the JET database, is proposed. The conditions for the greatest energy gain of the D-T reaction when using ion cyclotron plasma heating for the acceleration of neutral injection ions have been clarified. The results of the conducted research were published in leading international journals and sent for printing. They also correspond to the European program on controlled thermonuclear fusion (EUROfusion).
