The purpose of the work: development of database projects to solve the problems of calculating the technical level of space vehicles and calculating the cost of research and development works for the creation of space vehicles; selection and justification of the database management systems; development and computer implementation of algorithmic support for calculating the technical level of new samples of space vehicles; development of algorithmic support for calculating the cost of research and development works on the creation of rocket and space technology samples. Research methods: methods of system analysis, graph theory, theory of fuzzy sets, theory of possibilities, method of analysis of hierarchies, method of component analogy and methods of computational mathematics. Work results: database projects have been developed for the tasks of calculating the technical level of space vehicles and for the tasks of calculating the cost of research and development works on the creation of space vehicles; algorithmic support for calculating the technical level of new samples of space vehicles has been developed and its computer implementation has been carried out in the Delphi environment; a mathematical model and computational algorithm for the quantitative assessment of experts' competence (an analogue was not found, there is no analogue in Ukraine) have been developed; algorithmic support for the development of computer programs for calculating the cost of research and development works on the creation of rocket and space technology samples and other technical and economic indicators have been developed.
