The purpose of the work is to determine the mechanisms of influence of fractal aggregates on the equilibrium and kinetic physical properties of the liquid system, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the influence of the thermodynamic state of the liquid system on fractal cluster formation. The research methods are optical, viscometric, AFM, small-angle scattering MKRN, MKRR, DMKRN, UMKRN, computer modeling, theoretical and analytical. According to the data of complex modern improved experimental and theoretical studies of the influence of fractal inclusions on molecular processes in the liquid state, appropriate models of fractal substructures and their physical behavior have been developed, which make it possible to formulate the main regularities of the features of fractal aggregation, energy and entropy contributions to the equation of state of a liquid system at different levels its organization. Molecular mechanisms of influence of the concentration and molecular weight of polymer impurities on aqueous micellar liquid systems of surfactants are proposed from the point of view of stability in terms of the analysis of the potential of interparticle interaction and fractal aggregation at high concentrations. The theory of one-component bounded inhomogeneous liquid systems is generalized for the case of a binary solution in the approximation of smooth inhomogeneity in external fields. A modification of the nuclear-nuclear interaction potential of proximity is proposed, which allows taking into account the change in the surface tension coefficient with the change in the curvature of the surface of the nucleus.
