The object of the study is the process of forecasting the impact of the tourism system of Ukraine on the national economy. The essence of the tourist system as an object of forecasting is substantiated; temporal and structural trends in the development of the tourism system are revealed; imperatives for the development of the tourism system of Ukraine are defined;the information and analytical bases of the forecasting procedure based on the foresight have been identified; the influence of the national tourism system on the economic growth of Ukraine is determined; the prerequisites for the positive impact of the tourism system on the country's economy are revealed; a multifactorial model of the dependence of tourism's contribution to GDP on factor characteristics in the context of digitalization was formed; the forecasting methods of rating regional tourism systems of Ukraine based on investment potential are substantiated The results of the NDR have been implemented in the activities of the Project on digitization of the areas: tourism, culture, sports of the Kyiv City State Administration - KMDA, the Association of Hotel Associations and Hotels of the Cities of Ukraine, and in the educational process of KNTEU.
