Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  Fitting experimental data from elastic and inelastic scattering, quasi-elastic reactions of alpha particles on Si and Pb nuclei with the original parameterization of the S-matrix determined structural nuclear parameters. The manifestation of the nuclear rainbow effect - particles on a heavy nucleus in elastic -208Pb scattering in a wide range of energies - 104 ÷ 699 MeV was studied based on a model image of the scattering matrix. A new approach was developed within the framework of DWBA using a partial-wave image of the transmission amplitude expressed in terms of S-matrices for the input and output reaction channels, a compatible analysis of the quasi-elastic reactions (4He, 3He) and (4He, 3H) on the 28Si core at E( 4He)= 50–120 MeV using a six-parameter S matrix model, focusing on the detection of Airy minima of various orders. The behavior of polarization observed for elastic scattering of protons on nuclei of average atomic weight in the energy interval from 200 MeV to 800 MeV in the 1st and 2nd Born approximations is considered. The theoretical expressions of the amplitude and polarization observed for the elastic scattering of protons on 40Ca nuclei in the 2nd BA were found. A theoretical description of the transverse Shubnikov-de Haas effect from the point of view of quantum diffraction is carried out. Oscillations of electrical conductivity (resistivity) at low temperatures and high magnetic fields are interpreted based on quantum diffraction. Product Description popup.authors Kuznietsov Pylyp E.
