The peculiarities of the lipid spectrum, carbohydrate metabolism, serum markers of fibrosis in children with NAFLD, depending on the presence of liver fibrosis, were studied. Features of intestinal microflora (spectrum of faecal CFA, presence of SNBR) and lactose assimilation in children with NAFLD, depending on the presence of liver fibrosis, were characterized. Changes in the apoptosis marker cytokeratin-18, cytokine profile, growth factors (VEGF, TGF-β1) depending on the presence of liver fibrosis were analyzed.
