VI Vernadsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The use of the solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was shown to form organic-inorganic perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 which is the more resistant film to the action of moisture and radiation as compared the dimethyl formamide (DMF). It was shown that polyvinyl butyral (PVB), cycloolefin copolymer (COC) and polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) can be used to increase the resistance of perovskite to the action of moisture and oxygen. Single-phase La2-xSrxNiO4 powders (x = 0; 0.1; 0.2) with a K2NiF4 type structure were synthesized using a solid-state reactions technique using the preliminary synthesised intermediate compounds (La2NiO4 and Sr9Ni6.64O21). The formation of solid solutions of Ba(Ti,Sn)O3 during their synthesis by solid-state reactions technique, the sol-gel method, as well as the effect on the electrophysical properties of impurities of transition 3d elements (MnO2) and glass-forming additives (Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2, АSТ) were investigated. It was shown that the deposition by the sol-gel method of a protective layer on the surface of the cathode material NMC 622 increases the ion-conducting channels of lithium ions moving in the structure of the cathode material and improves the electrochemical characteristics of the cathode material. It was shown that the size of the CeO2 particles prepared by precipitation in aqueous-alcohol solutions mainly depends on the dielectric constant of the synthesis medium: the higher the concentration of isopropyl alcohol, the lower the dielectric constant of the medium and the smaller the size of the prepared nanoparticles. A preparation method of an electrode material based on LaMnO3 with a perovskite structure doped with Sr,(La,Sr)MnO3 for electrodes of hybrid electrochemical capacitors with high energy and capacity characteristics was proposed.
