In addition, this paper substantiates and developed recommendations for making changes to the physical training guidelines regarding the improvement of the testing process for admission to higher military educational institutions. The results of the work will provide an opportunity to improve the guiding documents on the physical training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the educational process in the field of physical education, initial military training and psychological work with the pre-conscription contingent to improve readiness for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, acquiring the ability to perform professional tasks in the future during service as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in modern conditions.
