The implementation of research results is possible in the activities of state bodies that carry out rule-making, judicial proceedings, and public administration. The goal is to develop a modern theoretical model of the civil-legal mechanism for the regulation of property and personal non-property relations. Predictive assumptions regarding the development of the research object. The implementation of the research results will allow to improve the civil-law mechanism of regulation of property and personal non-property relations, to develop and formulate a single, generalized theoretical approach to understanding the civil-law mechanism of regulation of property and personal non-property relations. During the implementation of the project, special regulatory acts were researched, a comprehensive analysis of the civil-legal mechanism for the regulation of property and personal non-property relations was carried out, problems of its implementation and ways of its improvement were identified, ways of optimizing judicial and extrajudicial protection of property and personal non-property rights were developed, ways and methods of improvement were determined current legislation from the point of view of its adaptation to EU law; directions for improvement of Ukrainian civil legislation have been established; world and national trends in the development of civil legislation were investigated.
