It was established that the largest percentage of defects arising from friction-contact interaction is associated with fretting corrosion wear. Based on the analysis of the patterns of development of fretting processes for various conditions of frictional contact interaction, promising directions for increasing wear resistance and restoring worn parts are determined. The principles of creating high-temperature wear-resistant materials for tribonodes of parts of the hot part of gas turbine engines operating in conditions of high-temperature fretting are theoretically substantiated. According to the defined principles, the prospective use of composite eutectic alloys of the Co-Re-TiC, Ni-Re-TiC systems is shown. The results of the study on the assessment of the wear resistance of such alloys at different temperatures are presented. The interaction of the components of the Fe-C-Mn-B system with each other and possible variants of alloy concentrations were studied. Four isothermal sections of quasi-ternary systems were constructed, namely: “Fe3B”-Fe3C-“Fe3Mn”, Fe2B- “Fe2C”-“Fe2Mn”, “Fe3B”-Fe3C-“Fe1.2Mn”, “Fe23B6”-“Fe23C6”-“Fe23Mn”, which made it possible to establish eutectic concentrations, chemical compounds and all types of solid solutions that can form in them. Due to sufficiently wide ranges of eutectic concentrations of alloys, they can be successfully used both for classical foundry production and for additive production.
