The purpose of the work is to carry out regular observations and determine the equatorial coordinates of the MMO, as well as maintain a catalog of orbital elements in TLE and CPF formats on the website of the Ukrainian Network of Optical Stations (UMOS) for the study and control of near-Earth space. The goal of the work was achieved by performing optical positional observations of the MMO in low and geostationary Earth orbits. 319 MMO were observed during 97 nights (1440 trackings) in LEO orbits. 84 MMO were observed during 149 nights (2065 trackings) in GEO orbits. The results of observations are available on the FTP server. The calculated orbital elements are available at the UMOS website. The calculation of the orbital elements in the TLE and CPF formats was carried out at the Research Institute "Mykolaiv Astronomical Observatory" using the catalog of equatorial positions of the MMO, located on the FTP server. Two telescopes have been modernized for colorimetric observations of MMO in all types of orbits. A color television camera was purchased and installed on the Television Telescope (TVT). A wheel with RGB filters was purchased. A mechanical device was made to connect the wheel and the full-frame Apogee camera on the MESON telescope. A new power supply and control unit for stepper motors of TVT and MESON was developed, manufactured and tested. The formation of the database for colorimetric features of MMO was begun.
