The object of the research is out-of-school education in Ukraine. The subject of the research is scientific and methodological support of innovative development of the educational process in institutions of out-of-school education in the conditions of implementation of the Concept of “New Ukrainian School”. Research methods: theoretical analysis of normative, psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature for identifying issues requiring scientific and methodological support, generalization of pedagogical experience, the obtained data and identification of priority areas of research and development of provision, methods of mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, interpretation and generalization; empirical research methods (observation, conversation, questioning, testing, method of expert assessments,), ascertaining, formative and control stages of pedagogical experiment. The scientific novelty of the research: for the first time the essence of the concept of innovative development of out-of-school education are clarified, the scientific and methodological support of innovative development of educational process in institutions out-of-school education is created through implementing the Concept of “New Ukrainian School” (curricula, methods, pedagogicaltechnologies); the provisions of applying social functions and educational opportunities of out-of-school education at the present stage are further developed. Degree of implementation: the results of scientific research will be published through analytical materials, handbook “Innovative development of out-of-school education in the condition of implementation of the Concept of “New Ukrainian School”, articles, conference proceedings.
