The interaction of accelerated helium atoms with the atomically smooth surface of tungsten single crystals was investigated using the methods of field ion microscopy and molecular dynamics. The phenomenon of oriented surface channeling of atoms has been revealed, which is a consequence of the formation of fast displaced atoms of the target, some of which, during the cascade development of collisions, receive an impulse oriented along densely packed atomic steps. The effect of electron irradiation on creep at 380 C and the evolution of the structure of Zr and Zr1Nb alloy in different structural states was studied. Irradiation does not change the nature of the deformation nanostructure of Zr and the Zr1Nb alloy, but initiates reverse processes within the grain boundaries and near them, causes changes in the crystalline anisotropy of the GPU lattice, which leads to strengthening in the creep process. Preliminary relaxation of internal stresses by ultrasound allows maintaining a fairly high level of strength and plasticity of nanostructured Zr after electron irradiation due to a decrease in the intensity of dynamic recrystallization in the creep process. Key words: tungsten, zirconium, zirconium-niobium alloy, deformation, nanostructural state, ultrasound, irradiation, mechanical properties, field microscopy, mathematical modeling, atomic structure.  Product Description popup.authors Karaseva Eugenia Vasylivna Mazilova Tetyana Ivanivna Sadanov Eugen Victorovych Sokolenko Volodymyr Ivanovych popup.nrat_date 2023-01-27 Close
