Using a morphological and instrumental research methods, the optimal dose of lipopolysaccharide of E.coli (5 mg/kg) was determined for modeling persistent inflammatory changes in the myocardium of laboratory mice in comparison with a dose of 1 mg/kg. On histological preparations of the myocardium in animals with modeled heart injury, the presence of increased blood filling of capillaries, arteries and veins, swelling of the cytoplasm of cardiomyocytes, as well as an increase in the number of lymphocytes and fibroblasts in certain areas of the myocardium, indicating the development of an inflammatory process in the heart tissue, was established. Using an immunohistochemical study, the expression of the CD95 marker, which belongs to the tumor necrosis factor family and mediates cell apoptosis, was analyzed in the myocardium. Using an electrocardiographic study in animals 1 and 2 weeks after the introduction of lipopolysaccharide, an increase in heart rate was demonstrated, which is a compensatory reaction in response to a violation of the contractile function of the heart. Signs of impaired intraventricular conduction accompanying inflammatory changes in the myocardium were also revealed.
