The purpose of the research is the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the economic-ecological management relationships within the formation and use of natural assets on the basis of blue growth framework. Research methods: system and structural analysis, methods of synthesis of scientific knowledge and empirical data, comparative analysis, spatial analysis, economic and statistical methods. The economic and ecological content of the category "natural assets" is substantiated - as an object of management within the limits of blue growth, namely blue-green infrastructure as a network of natural and semi-natural territories of the seaside city, managed for a wide range of ecosystem services; the concept of " natural assets management / blue-green infrastructure" - as a process of constant adoption and implementation of decisions aimed at optimizing use of natural assets of a seaside city, a theoretical and methodological approach and a set of recommendations for managing municipal natural assets on the basis of blue growth, which includes: the need to develop natural asset management strategies, depreciation of natural assets and their inclusion in financial reporting. Based on the principles of blue growth, management system formation for the green infrastructure of seaside urban ecosystems is justified as a set of principles, methods, criteria, means, forms and tools for ensuring the effective interaction of the elements of the urban environment and the processes that take place in it, with the aim of ensuring the high quality of the urban ecosystem in general, its ecological safety, social attractiveness and economic efficiency.
