An analysis of modern methods of building logistics chains was performed, which made it possible to develop a flexible algorithm using neuro-network modeling for more accurate forecasting of the demand for the transportation of agricultural products. A set of fuzzy membership functions has been developed, which allow to further expand the spectrum of describing the situations of interaction of road and sea transport during the delivery of agricultural goods. This allows for better refinement of the fuzzy interaction environment, which improves the initial setting of the neural network, which learns to make a correct prediction on a smaller array of initial data. This proved that it is possible to maintain the constant functionality of the interaction between the elements of the supply chain in non-standard conditions of the promotion of cargo flows. Dependencies based on neural networks were obtained for forecasting the demand for the transportation of agricultural goods with their transshipment from road to sea transport. The creation of a flexible management decision-making module based on the simultaneous use of neural-fuzzy model forecasting results and parameters of technological and technical-economic interaction of supply chain elements is methodologically substantiated. It is proven that the use of the proposed approaches in making management decisions contributes to the sustainable functionality of the supply chain of agricultural products, which leads to an improvement in the interaction of the participants in the delivery process.
