The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of sorption materials for the extraction of ecotoxicants of organic nature on the example of the extraction of pharmaceutical preparations of diclofenac sodium, atenalol, ibuprofen and iopamidol using layered double hydroxides and their composites with carbon and anionic surfactants by synthesized magnetite. Research methods - X-ray, atomic absorption, spectrophotometric, reversed-phase ultra-high-performance chromatography with tandem mass spectrometric detection, sorption in static conditions The main results: sorption extraction of diclofenac sodium, ibuprofen and iopamidol by Mg,Fe– LDH carbonate samples in one action at pH  4.0, and atenolol at pH 5.0. The highest values of sorption of iopamidol and atenolol were achieved when using carbon composites based on Mg,Fe– LDH at pH 5.0, which confirms the importance of the carbon-containing component composition for effective absorption of ibuprofen in anionic form. The values of its adsorption in the carbonate form of Mg,Fe– LDH are 20-65 mg/g at pH 6.5, and in the composition with activated carbon it is more than 280 mg/g. For activated carbon, which is part of Mg, Fe–LDH@C, the contribution of the electrostatic interaction is insignificant (the surface is positively charged or neutral), and the high adsorption values are due mainly to the mesoporous structure. The sorption capacity of the synthesized magnetite with respect to surfactants - sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate was evaluated. It is shown that in a wide concentration range at pH 6.5 (above the point of zero charge), in the absence of electrostatic interaction between anionic surfactants (AS) and the sorbent surface, at concentrations of SDBSN of 0.01–0.037 mM, a fairly significant extraction of AS by magnetite nanoparticles is observed 68÷83 Product Description popup.authors Axenenko Eyvgen Golovkov Andriy Demutska Liudmyla Demchenko Viktor Dolenko Svitlana Kobets Svitlana Kobylinskaya Nataliia Kosorukov Olexandr Kravchenko Hanna Puzyrna Liubov Yatcyk Bogdan popup.nrat_date 2023-01-30 Close
