The research aims to develop the fundamental scientific principles and principles of controlling the optical and photoelectric properties of organic-inorganic heterostructures with nanocrystalline films with quantum dots and 2D materials. Research techniques are spectral and multiangle ellipsometry, spectroscopy of optical absorption, photoluminescence and photoconductivity, atomic force microscopy, electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier spectroscopy, Raman light scattering, kinetic and temperature measurements of photoelectric and luminescence characteristics, quantumconfinement modelling of the band structure. Fabrication techniques of nanostructured films with quantum dots and 2D materials on the surface of monocrystalline silicon were developed, as well as the features of the electronic structure and spectrum of energy states of nanostructures, interface and defect states depending on the component composition, shape, and size of nanostructures were investigated using experimental data of Raman spectroscopy, Fourier spectroscopy, absorption/reflection spectroscopy, photoconductivity, photoluminescence, spectral ellipsometry have been studied.  Product Description popup.authors Datsenko Oleksandr I.
