 The regularities of the formation of surface composite layers formed as a result of contact interaction with the aluminum matrix, including reinforced dispersed high-modulus particles, with secondary phases formed as a result of solid-liquid mass transfer and diffusion interaction were studied. New methods for the production of tribotechnical products based on the Al-Sn-Si-Cu system with contact alloying with a liquid melt are proposed, which are based on the revealed patterns of solid-liquid interaction and are alternative to the traditional methods of obtaining surface composite layers by casting, impregnation, surfacing methods.
