New knowledge was obtained regarding the peculiarities of the formation of a defect structure in materials during the implementation of technological operations with the evolutionary process of the formation of defects of the vacancy type by means of positron spectroscopy. A new approach has been developed that allows determining the forms of the self-consistent field of the nucleus in the ground and single-particle excited states directly from experimental data on the energies, spins, and parities of these states, as well as the measured probabilities of electromagnetic transitions between them.
