Object of research - methods for working out of sea commercial ports strategy development under competition, crises and russian agression. Aim and goal of research – working out the complex of models that are directed on improvement of methods for control of Ukrainian commercial sea ports activity on the basis of logistical/marketing as well as innovation management and state-private partnership, taking into account competition among sea ports, risks and crises. Methods of investigations – risk-management, logistics management, theory of marketing, operation research, methods of optimization. In results of research: • the methodological aspects of competitive advantegies forming for commercial sea ports; • analyses of tendencies development of innovative technologies int the sphere of sea ports business ; • conditions of effective use of state-private partnership in the practice of sea ports management are found; • the complex of economic-mantematical models for the purpose of supply chains functioning taking into account the commercial sea ports activity has been worked out; • the models of optimal interaction of transport flows of ships and surface transport at ports terminals are developed taking into account random fluctuation of transport units dates of arrivals and competition among sea ports terminals operators. The results of research are directed on implementation into commercial practice of commercial sea ports under conditions of competition and risks.
