The value of functional indicators of supraspinal posture control in DP in the prediction of postural instability and the risk of falls in various clinical forms of the disease and in the evaluation of the effectiveness of medical correction of basic therapy has been established. For the first time, the morphological and biochemical features of mitochondrial dysfunction and the pro-oxidant-oxidant state of mitochondria in patients with DP were established according to the indicators of activity and expression of antioxidant proteins, the informativeness of these indicators in assessing the effectiveness of pathogenetic therapy. It has been established that the in vivo 1H MP spectra indicators during MRI examination of the brain are among the prognostic specific, radiological biomarkers of cognitive disorders in patients with DP. For the first time, the structural and functional features of the state of tissue mineral density in DP patients of different sexes, ages and the frequency of occurrence of vitamin D deficiency, the value of these indicators in the prognosis of possible bone fractures, were established.
