The following plant species were tested - sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis L.), false flax (Camelina sativa L.), sorghum (Sorghum saccharatum), oats (Avena sativa), facelia, rye, among which sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis L.), rye and oats (Avena sativa) demonstrated the best remediation abilities. Study of influence of the following remediation agents on the improvement of the resilience of phytoremediation agents against pollution and the effectivity of soil cleaning was carried out: mineral fertilizers, humic substances (humifield forte, fulvital plus), sorbents (sawdust, sunflower husk, Glauconite, ceolite). Humic substance humifield forte, used for seed pretreatment before sowing, revealed positive influence on the morphometric parameters of seedlings of potential phytoremediants: sweet clover, false flax, sorghum, oats, facelia, rye and oats. Optimal concentration of humic substance was determined, which is in range 0.1-0.4 g/L. It provides good parameters of vegetation of phytoremediants on oil polluted soils. To increase the effectiveness of phytoremediation, a remediation complex was developed, which includes gumifield forte 0.1 0.2 g/l, mineral fertilizers, sunflower husks. For the first time, the expediency of using burdock root (Melilotus officinalis L.) as a new energy crop with high remedial potential for the restoration of oil-contaminated soils is shown.  The phytoremediation composition V. faba + A. sativa (1: 20–50) has been developed, which achieves high 85% degree of cleaning of soil from oil pollution (5%) without addition of fertilizers and other remediation agents Product Description popup.authors Boretska Iryna Y.
