It is shown that the error between experimental and model dependencies of the resolution vs shaping time is no more than 15%. As a result of the research of digital shaping algorithms using a numerical model, it was established that the best characteristics were shown by the cusp-like digital shaping algorithm with a flat top, complemented by the automatic pole-zero adjustment algorithm, and the trapezoidal shaping algorithm also showed good results with moderate count rates. Based on the simulation results, software for programmable logic integrated circuits and a personal computer were developed for the implementation of a digital pulse signal analyzer. Modeling and measurement of resolution, integral, and differential nonlinearity were carried out. The obtained results prove the possibility of implementing a single-board digital analyzer on an affordable element base with characteristics no worse than complex and expensive foreign analogs.
