The selection of the development environment was made and the general architecture of the corresponding software tools was proposed. The possibility of adaptation and improvement of a number of the most used algorithms of intelligent data analysis for solving the problems of data analysis of the atmospheric air monitoring network in the framework of reducing the man-made impact of potentially dangerous objects on the environment has been investigated. Implementation of a number of methods of intelligent data analysis of the atmospheric air monitoring network within the framework of the AISEEM system was carried out.
