The purpose of the research is to establish the genotype of fertile plants (candidates in the sterility fixer) and to select forms with the Nxxzz genotype, to study the inheritance of fertility itself in the offspring of I1. The research methods are laboratory and field using hybridization, saturating crossings, inbreeding and selections. The main results of the research - it was established that among the analyzed material, the largest number of plants with complete sterility were in numbers 2022, 2622 and 3322. In number 2422, all plants were fertile. All other plants of the pollinator turned out to be heterozygous according to the sign of fixation of sterility. The pollinator of the hybrid combination 2022 showed a tendency to self-pollination in I0 at the level of 54.4%, in I1, the seeds did not set under the parchment insulators.
