The regularities of the modification of fillers with surface- and functionally-active high-molecular compounds, the regularities of obtaining silver nanoparticles, and the obtaining of biocompatible biodegradable thermoplastic composites based on them have been established. The relationship between the conditions, ratio and nature of the components, physical and chemical processes of modification of the developed composites by their structure, technological properties and features of technologies for modifying fillers and obtaining composites is established.
