The parameters of plastic deformations, stress, displacement, coefficients of approximation of the stress state to the limit are investigated. The main task of the first stage: development of special inhomogeneous finite elements of general form with variable geometric and physico-mechanical parameters and arbitrary boundary conditions for approximation of arrays of sparsely connected reinforced soils and construction on their basis of calculated SAFEM equations to analyze stress strain state of elements of transport pipelines, tanks for storage of fuel or water, underground protective structures in order to ensure their reliable and uninterrupted operation.
