The object of the study is a legal act regulating the issue of safe operation and maintenance of the equipment of automobile gas filling compressor stations (AGNKS). The purpose of the work is to improve the legal regulation of relations that arise in the process of operation and maintenance of the equipment of automobile gas filling compressor stations (AGNCS) and to increase the level of safety during the operation and maintenance of equipment of automobile gas filling compressor stations (AGNCS) by developing a draft regulatory act. The research method is a theoretical study. The method of analysis provided an opportunity to investigate the constituent parts of the normative legal act. Each of the selected parts was analyzed separately within the framework of a single whole in order to identify gaps and other shortcomings in the considered normative legal act. With the help of the formal-logical method, the norms set forth in the regulatory act were analyzed, proposals for their improvement were developed. Also, the work uses a comparative method when studying foreign experience in the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment of automobile gas filling compressor stations (AGNCS) and a prognostic method to identify ways to improve the regulatory act in this area. To achieve the goal, the current regulatory legal act on labor protection in the field of safe operation and maintenance of the equipment of automobile gas filling compressor stations (AGNKS), namely, NPAOP 63.2-1.06-02 "Rules for the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment of automobile gas filling compressor stations", approved by order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine dated 29.07.2002 No. 369, which is not registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine; analyzed the current Ukrainian, European Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2023-02-02 Close
