Registration Date 02-02-2023 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description2 It is argued that all approaches to understanding psychological well-being, which have been developed today, can be divided into two main areas: hedonistic and eudemonic. Fish workers of the first direction consider psychological well-being to be the state of a person that arises from the satisfaction of needs in various spheres of life, and followers of the second direction are convinced that a person's desire for personal growth is an obligatory manifestation of well-being. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to satisfy the demand of a modern person for strategies of full-fledged life self-realization as opposed to survival strategies. It is proposed to consider psychological well-being as a resource – the possibility of the feasibility of a person's life. That is, the feeling of happiness and satisfaction with various aspects of life, the assessment of the level and quality of life are possible only if the individual has a resource that ensures optimal positive functioning of a person. Personal resource – the presence of strength and internal readiness to solve the tasks. Personal resource consists of a resource state (physical and mental) and a personal component, state of mind, personal strength. It has been established that the life path of an individual manifests itself as a sequentially parallel course of life processes from birth to death, which are products of the interacting external and internal living spaces. And the psychological well-being or disadvantage of an individual depends on how harmoniously life processes take place in him and how integrated they are at the same time. The actual harmony of the individual and its integration into the living space is formed as a result of coherence and proportionality of its main life processes, which unfold in the interaction and mutual influence of external and internal x spaces, which are living space, using temporal and external and internal resources (potential and realized).
