A functionally adapted clinical and instrumental classification of hemophilic arthropathy has been developed. Depending on the stage of arthropathy, changes in the concentration of medium-mass molecules in blood serum and the intensity of arthralgias correlate with each other. An increase in the content of medium-mass molecules in the blood serum and an increase in the intensity of arthralgias are predictors of the progression of hemophilic arthropathy.
