Purpose of research work (RW): Justification, development and evaluation of the effectiveness of non-drug rehabilitation programs, which focus on the mobilization of adaptive and compensatory neuroplasticity and determination of their influence on the quality of life and clinical-pathogenetic mechanisms in PD. Research methods: questionnaire, clinical-neurological, neuropsychological, biochemical, statistical. The practical significance of the phenomenon is shown based on the research on paradoxical kinesia (PK in the implementation of motor rehabilitation programs in the case of Parkinson's, as well as in overcoming loads of the period of force majeure events. An assessment of the clinical manifestations of the phenomenon of PK and factors contributing to it. This describes the cohort of patients most focused on using rehabilitation programs using the paradoxical phenomenon of kinesia. It is shown that the realization of the phenomenon of PK with the help of factors that contribute to it can be used when conducting regular motor rehabilitation classes, but preserved cognitive potential is necessary for patients. It was found that rehabilitation programs provide positive dynamics in the system of neurotrophic factors. There is a synchronous dynamics of indicators CDNF and GDNF, which correlates with positive neuroplasticity, which clinically was manifested as a modification of the course of PD by more favourable. It has been proven that in conditions of force majeure, the full execution of the program motor rehabilitation using the phenomenon of PK online and off-line modes with continued implementation of recommendations from regular motor rehabilitation is a means of improving the state of the psycho-emotional sphere, reducing expressiveness of psychopathological symptoms, primarily depressive and anxiety, as well as improving the quality of life in patients with PD.
