The goal of the project is to develop mobile means of synthesis of hydrogen and oxygen for medical and technical purposes. Research methods and equipment – X-ray structural and X-ray fluorescence microanalysis, scanning electron microscopy, scanning probe atomic force microscopy with fractal analysis, methods of polarization resistance and impedance spectroscopy, vibrational magnetometry. Processing of experimental results was carried out by statistical and interpolation methods. Theoretical and practical results – the electrochemical technology of multi-component coatings and composite materials, methods of controlling their composition and properties are proposed. An analysis of the electrocatalytic activity of electrodes modified with galvanic coatings of different composition in a model reaction of hydrogen evolution was carried out. An experimental sample of a mobile electrolytic hydrogen synthesis device was developed and manufactured. The design of the electrolyzer uses the method of double resonance of the power supply system; the electrode unit is powered wirelessly; the device is powered by autonomous 12...24 V power sources. The proposed scientific and technical solutions collectively provide simplification of the device design, galvanic solution of the external power supply system with a electrodes block, and complete mobility and autonomy of the device from stationary power sources.
