The object of research is social relations that arise in the sphere of the organization and functioning of justice. The purpose of the study is to develop the concept of effective organization and functioning of justice at the current stage of state formation, to identify theoretical gaps and practical problems in this area, as well as to formulate scientifically based provisions, conclusions and proposals aimed at its improvement. Research methods: the use of comparative legal, chronological methods, the method of information analysis and synthesis, statistics based on synergistic, interdisciplinary approaches. The first stage of the study "Formation of the concept of effective organization and functioning of justice in modern conditions of state formation" is a comprehensive study of the current state of functioning of the justice system with the aim of identifying key problems in this area. In the process of its implementation, the chronological method, the method of analysis and synthesis of information, statistical, structural-logical and analytical methods were used, which made it possible to study the impact of the war on the justice system, in particular on its key institutions - the court, the bar, the prosecutor's office, cause-and-effect relationships between the war, its consequences for justice and necessary and priority measures aimed at stabilizing the system of judicial protection of the rights and interests of individuals in the state. In addition, the issue of restoration of Ukraine in the sphere of justice is considered in perspective, in particular, in the aspect of existing problems and priority goals of the functioning of key institutions, current problems and trends of their development are highlighted.  Product Description popup.authors Izarova Iryna О.
